A Window is Where the Wall is Absent

The life impulse to express and to connect arises in me and in all of us. This blog is a celebration of these life impulses. Please feel free to join in the conversation or to just visit. There is a Family Photo Album beneath the posts so you can "meet" my family and I. Welcome!

Anatta

What doesn't have to be maintained?

What doesn't have to be propped up?

What is here effortlessly?

What doesn't need to know how to do anything?

What doesn't need to know what to do?

What is comfortable not doing anything?

What is comfortable with whatever is being done?

What is all right as it is?

What doesn't need to change?

What isn't going anywhere?

What doesn't need to get somewhere?

What is here when there is no pushing against anything?

What is here in the absence of thought?

What is being here right now without the slightest effort?

Hi Leslie,
That is what, as you say :)
Thanks for being here,
XOXO

Tom- Good question...! The answer can't be "a what" (since the question is what is not a what)...
A not-what. (That's what's not a what.)
Mmmm...sounds a bit Dr. Seuss-ian.
Thanks Tom :)

What a wonderful what-not.
Powerful questions that are answers.

Some questions lead into the mind labyrinth and some out of it, like an arrow pointing in or out of a maze.

I've been so addicted to thoughts of elsewhere, that the question "what is here?" finally brings the wandering attention back to THIS present life...a long ignored realm.

"Powerful questions that are answers." Some questions are not to be answered, but only to direct attention...

Thank you for joining me here Tim in enjoying what-not.
