"Never bother naming an emotion again.
Just feel the energy of it." Scott Kiloby
We think it's the emotion that hurts, when what actually
causes the most pain is the word, the label, the name, the
story we put on the emotion.
An emotion experienced nonverbally is actually quite benign,
even wondrous- one of the many colors of the rainbow of
emotional experience.
Try it and see for yourself, experiments are fun. It is
possible to meet emotional experience with silent interest
rather than fear.
It's so depressing to label sadness as sadness, but without
the label... it's clear and sweet.
No emotion is an enemy, it's just a transient energy pattern
in the miraculous field of being.

Dear Colleen,
trailing off, on a myriad directions.. You are always in my heart...:D
So good to hear from you Doreen- I still have the beautiful marble-copper ornament you sent me right on my side table. Thanks for stopping by and you are also always in my heart. Namaste.
Yes, yes, yes! Even when meeting what we call depression with no resistance, we notice it is energy too.
Very nice blog! I;m glad that i found you at FB too, will be gla dto post a suggestion of mine, hope you'll appreciate it: using sites like zazzle.com, cafepress. com, fiverr? They could be a good way to promote your works and to help "remove" stupidity in the streets like headlines on t-shirts, fridge-magnets, cups, etc: My Boyfriend kisses Better Than Yours, FBI - female body inspector, etc. Not everything we see and think of should be about sex, right? It would be much better if there were more nice pictures (even of mythical creatures), good thoughts, poems (from any genre are welcome I guess), etc? I'm allanbard there, I use some of my illustrations, thoughts, poems from my books (like: One can fight money only with money, Even in the hottest fire there's a bit of water, Hitler was a vegetarian, but it doesn't mean all the vegeterians are Hitler-like, or
Let's watch the moon, let's meet the sun!
Let's hear soon the way the Deed was done!
Let's listen to the music the shiny crystals played,
let's welcome crowds of creatures good and great...
etc). I guess such lines sound and look much better than the usual we see every day? Best wishes! Keep the good work going! Let the wonderful noise of the sea always sounds in your ears! (a greeting of the water dragons' hunters - my Tale Of The Rock Pieces).
