Hi Colleen, Thank you for posting the Authentic Heart video. I love the idea of desireless action happening with no expectation of any particular results. That sounds like a nice, light way of traveling. The people Stoneman interviewed were captivating. Throughout the film there were so many juicy tidbits, I couldn't resist jotting some of them down. Have a happy Sunday. :)
Yes- I was struck by the simplicity of this film- just get our there and talk with ordinary folk about life. I'm glad you enjoyed the video Diane, thanks for commenting. We are busy today getting Mary off to a 2 week camp that has lots of animals- from monkeys to kangaroos. Hope you enjoy your Sunday too.
Hi Colleen,
What a wonderful video...thank you for posting this. It seems to demonstrate the wonderful news that everyone and everything is a reflection of That. The depth of everyone's inquiry touched my heart as well as the soft urgency for such. I particularly like the Nisargadatta Maharaj quote at the end..."Your conclusions bind nobody but you."
Have a great time with your daughter...this is surely a video to send my 'children'.
XOXO

Hi Leslie,
I'm glad you enjoyed the video, and I also liked the quotes. Tonight the ABC evening news was showing and my husband called me, "They're having an interview with Pema Chodron." Sure enough, there was a great piece on Pema right there in the mainstream media...it's encouraging when media is put to good use, such as in "Authentic Heart" and in this news report about Pema. XOXO Colleen
thanks for sharing the film, i am touched by the positive comments and support

YES!!! The web, the media...whatever works. Maybe it will start becoming like 'popcorn'... :)
XOXO
One thing that struck me in the film was when someone spoke about how we are all instruments. I've heard this before, but it was so vivid the way you had all the musical instruments and then the words about how we are an instrument. I also appreciate your emphasis on honesty and authenticity. Thanks for your film Rafael, and for visiting. Thanks also for your comment Leslie.
There were so many tidbits here! Little phrases that captured my attention. In particular - "let the experience be what it is." Such a good one for me right now! :)
Glad you enjoyed Christine.
Loved the video. I liked it was art and also the poetry of nonduality, not the doctrine
Hi Mark,
Thank you for your comment and I enjoyed looking at your blogs. I have a DVD of Mike Connors of TAT that is excellent, and I'm happy to see him on your blogs. Yes, not the doctrine, good point. A balance is good of study and application. Sometimes we learn best in the action, then in the theory. True.
